Barbie Doll United U23's Luciano Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Social Futebol Clube defense, Romeu Arce kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nelson da Silveira. The Social Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nelson da Silveira should have stopped the shot. Nelson da Silveira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Carlinhos Maciel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 24 minute of play.
