Kale Kaledin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Quin in the 46th minute of the match. When Ailton Lira came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Esporte Clube do Porto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ailton Lira couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Quin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Esporte Clube do Porto would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
