The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Bati in the 6th minute of play. Orlando Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Décio Dionísio, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Flávio Capixaba took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 10th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Orlando Barral. Barbie Doll United U23's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Gil Zonta notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral. Orlando Barral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute Josué Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Orlando Barral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Orlando Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Bati, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josué Gonçalves in the 21st minute of play forced Barbie Doll United U23's goalkeeper Orlando Barral to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute Gabriel Bati shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 played minutes Barbie Doll United U23 got a freekick which was hit by Isaltino Medeiros. Flávio Capixaba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 46th minute Gabriel Bati shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Barral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gil Zonta made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Saiko FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlinhos Maciel came free, but Zé Sabóia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barbie Doll United U23's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Waldemar de Godoi in the 52nd minute. Josué Gonçalves had several of the Barbie Doll United U23's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 54 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Orlando Barral as he didn't even see the shot coming. After 81 minutes of play, Saiko FC's Gabriel Bati made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Orlando Barral was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the game, Mateus Catarinense recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Orlando Barral. Mateus Catarinense showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-10. 87 minutes in the game, Josué Gonçalves fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Orlando Barral having to interfere. Orlando Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Bati in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Barbie Doll United U23's Isaltino Medeiros seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Isaltino Medeiros the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Barbie Doll United U23 protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Isaltino Medeiros had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 90 minutes into the game, one of Barbie Doll United U23:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Barbie Doll United U23:s Orlando Barral showed great skill when he stopped Flávio Capixaba:s penalty. 94 minutes into the match, Gabriel Bati notched a goal, 0-11, to the right of Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral. Orlando Barral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 97 minutes, Gil Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saiko FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gil Zonta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match was over Saiko FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Barbie Doll United U23 throughout the match.
