Valmir Fahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nestor Paulista in the 4th minute of the match. In the 7th minute Zézinho Paraíba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Valmir Fahl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Palmeiras de Plantão getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Edson Mendes hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the match, cavine-- f.c.'s goalkeeper Valmir Fahl had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zézinho Paraíba. Valmir Fahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zézinho Paraíba in the 18th minute of the match. Cido Meireles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cleiton Vale's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Edson Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valmir Fahl having to interfere. If Edson Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Helge Almkvist's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Valmir Fahl skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edson Mendes got free with Valmir Fahl in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 40th minute, Joseph Stalin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Valmir Fahl. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 43rd match minute, cavine-- f.c. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wellington Albuquerque to maneuver through the defense. Helge Almkvist's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Valmir Fahl firmly grabbed it by the left post. 48 minutes into the match, cavine-- f.c.'s goal looked a bit too open when Zézinho Paraíba came free, but Valmir Fahl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zézinho Paraíba was the one to do the kick off. Palmeiras de Plantão's Haroldo Fonseca got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th minute of the match Palmeiras de Plantão got a corner. cavine-- f.c.'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Haroldo Fonseca ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 58 minutes, Haroldo Fonseca made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. cavine-- f.c.'s Valmir Fahl tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Catana Dinha's late challenge caught a cavine-- f.c.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Catana Dinha helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Palmeiras de Plantão's Catana Dinha got a free kick in the 61st minute. After 62 played minutes cavine-- f.c. got a freekick which was hit by Fiori Pernambucano. Cido Meireles came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by cavine-- f.c.'s Mathias Alvarenga. But to his dismay, Mathias Alvarenga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. After 71 played minutes Palmeiras de Plantão got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Pinho. In the 74th minute, Wellington Albuquerque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Palmeiras de Plantão booed when cavine-- f.c. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wellington Albuquerque didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valmir Fahl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Helge Almkvist in the 76th minute of the match. Valmir Fahl was left in no man's land by his defense there! Zézinho Paraíba struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Valmir Fahl didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmeiras de Plantão. Valmir Fahl didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Helge Almkvist went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in cavine-- f.c.'s zone, Joseph Stalin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valmir Fahl came out of the goal and Joseph Stalin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Moura's late challenge caught a Palmeiras de Plantão's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Diego Moura helped the player get up and apologised. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for cavine-- f.c.! Valmir Fahl had in the 95thth minute some difficulties stopping Haroldo Fonseca's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Haroldo Fonseca had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valmir Fahl. cavine-- f.c.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Haroldo Fonseca was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. Palmeiras de Plantão's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
