Mateus Catarinense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the game, Florão da América's Guilherme de Souza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Sabóia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Zé Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilherme de Souza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gil Zonta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Gwidon Juchno made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Florão da América's goalkeeper Gwidon Juchno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gil Zonta. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Josué Gonçalves took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Gwidon Juchno to make any attempt to save it. In the 32nd minute of the match Sancho Agusto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zé Sabóia skillfully saved the ball. Emanuel Steriopol charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emanuel Steriopol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gwidon Juchno made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Gabriel Bati sent off a good shot on target. Gwidon Juchno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Bati in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Dragolyub Chavdarov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 42 played minutes, Saiko FC's Flávio Capixaba shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gwidon Juchno came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saiko FC reached it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Guilherme de Souza to strike the kick off in the second half. Gwidon Juchno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Bati in the 57th minute of play. Florão da América's Gwidon Juchno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Bati in the 59th minute of play. Mandi Bulín hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 66th minute Josué Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gwidon Juchno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mandi Bulín got free with Zé Sabóia in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gwidon Juchno came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Saiko FC's Gabriel Bati. But to his dismay, Gabriel Bati quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Florão da América's Dragolyub Chavdarov managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Wesley Lira in the 79 minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateus Catarinense in the 81st minute of play forced Florão da América's goalkeeper Gwidon Juchno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Josué Gonçalves took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gwidon Juchno. Gwidon Juchno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. There was no doubt that Saiko FC were the better team. Saiko FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
