Athletis PR's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrianinho Capixaba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Silvério Fernandez scored 3-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ata Necmi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ata Necmi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genílson Leme in the 39th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adrianinho Capixaba in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wiliam Prado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ata Necmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genílson Leme, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Benê Severo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Silvério Fernandez, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Benê Severo's late challenge caught a Athletis PR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benê Severo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Benê Severo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th match minute, Athletis PR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hudson da Cunha to maneuver through the defense. Ata Necmi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvério Fernandez went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-5 was the resulting score.
