The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. André Olsman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuca Campidelis's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ were awarded a corner. Ranko Canelas went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 7th minute Samuca Campidelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Olsman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samuca Campidelis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ booed when Raining Blood was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafinha Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Samuca Campidelis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of André Olsman. Raining Blood's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuca Campidelis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 21st minute Doni Bueno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Drebit saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Raining Blood fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Raining Blood's Lautaro Martinez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 29 minutes into the match, Nicolas de Andrade dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julian Drebit, 2-2. After some careless play in the Raining Blood defense, Samuca Campidelis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of André Olsman. The Raining Blood fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that André Olsman should have stopped the shot. André Olsman came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's Afonso Marques. But to his dismay, Afonso Marques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. A collision led to CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Lauro da Rocha hit a great ball. After 45 minutes CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Umberto Vale who took care of the corner kick. Umberto Vale made a great header on Raining Blood's corner, it was just that CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's Julian Drebit managed to reach the ball for a save. The Raining Blood players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ were winning 2-4.

After a rather tough play, Raining Blood's Kalidou Koulibaly got a free kick in the 50th minute. André Olsman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Julian Drebit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Martinez in the 56th minute of the match. Samuca Campidelis might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over André Olsman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Samuca Campidelis ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuca Campidelis in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck André Olsman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julian Drebit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas de Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Wiliam Reis kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Oséas Mendonça came free, but Julian Drebit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Raining Blood's Oséas Mendonça in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's goalie prevented a goal. Julian Drebit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oséas Mendonça in the 73rd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Raining Blood's goalkeeper André Olsman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samuca Campidelis. André Olsman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Samuca Campidelis in the 89th minute. André Olsman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuca Campidelis's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Samuca Campidelis did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-5 to the left of a surprised André Olsman 90 minutes into the match. The Raining Blood supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ's performance. The match ended with a win for CEARÁ ESPORTE CLUBE - DMZ.
