The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Betinho Cardozo fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Slavo FC's protests and gave Betinho Cardozo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 3rd minute, Betinho Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Otávio Sanches stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raphael Cunha's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Slavo FC's goalkeeper Otávio Sanches, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Slavo FC's Otávio Sanches proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Slavo FC from getting a goal against them. After 27 played minutes Slavo FC got a freekick which was hit by Diguinho Chaves. After 29 minutes, Napoleon Furgal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tarrasque Voador F.C. and the Slavo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, Napoleon Furgal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Efrain Incendio struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Otávio Sanches didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tarrasque Voador F.C.. If Emmanouil Tsirigakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Slavo FC booed when Tarrasque Voador F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráusio Albuquerque didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jardel Ribeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Guilherme Wisnewski made the kick off in the second half. Otávio Sanches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Incendio in the 53rd minute of the match. Raphael Cunha took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Otávio Sanches. Otávio Sanches dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Daniel Montenegro was substituted for Pedrão Godoi. 63 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Chaves came free, but Xander Goos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goalkeeper Xander Goos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jardel Ribeiro. Zhuang Wei Ning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otávio Sanches having to interfere. Otávio Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Efrain Incendio, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Dominik Mnich made in the 77th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Betinho Cardozo immediately put the ball in play. 79 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Diguinho Chaves came free, but Xander Goos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Slavo FC! Otávio Sanches came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Efrain Incendio. But to his dismay, Efrain Incendio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Dominik Mnich made in the 92nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Betinho Cardozo however managed to control. Gianpaolo Lovera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute, Slavo FC's Dominik Mnich dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. 99 minutes into the game, Dominik Mnich threw the ball into play from the sideline. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Emmanouil Tsirigakis quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Efrain Incendio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Otávio Sanches read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 100th minute of play. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
