Spectators: 7975 (Terracing: 5983, Seating: 1834, VIP seats: 158) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lenílson Peres got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Lenílson Peres made a precise shot to the right of Álvaro Souto. Asilo do Teco's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 5th match minute, Asilo do Teco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldinho Zanette to maneuver through the defense. Álvaro Souto didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lenílson Peres went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. When the match clock showed 9 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Lenílson Peres sped through Asilo do Teco's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Álvaro Souto. Célio da Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Álvaro Souto having to interfere. After some careless play in the Asilo do Teco defense, Lenílson Peres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Álvaro Souto. The Asilo do Teco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Álvaro Souto should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lenílson Peres in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Álvaro Souto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lenílson Peres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Álvaro Souto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Álvaro Souto came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Febre Amarela's Alexsandro Cardoso. But to his dismay, Alexsandro Cardoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in Asilo do Teco's zone, Alexsandro Cardoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Álvaro Souto came out of the goal and Alexsandro Cardoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gildo Domingues shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 34 minutes into the match, Lenílson Peres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Álvaro Souto. Asilo do Teco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lenílson Peres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. 38 minutes into the game, Lenílson Peres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Álvaro Souto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute Reynaldo Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Álvaro Souto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute Febre Amarela were awarded a corner. Célio da Cunha went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Tomasino Quiroz heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gildo Domingues to make the kick off. Lenílson Peres didn't have the luck on his side when he, from a short distance, got a opportunity for a shot on goal in the 51st minute. The shot missed the goal on the right side and Lenílson Peres ran dejectedly back to his position. If Lenílson Peres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Asilo do Teco's Álvaro Souto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Asilo do Teco from getting a goal against them. Lenílson Peres took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Álvaro Souto. Álvaro Souto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Febre Amarela's Célio da Cunha shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 63rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Álvaro Souto but with some difficulty. Lenílson Peres succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-10 in the 64th playminute. Reynaldo Salgado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Lenílson Peres kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Álvaro Souto. That made the score 0-11 in the 71 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Alexsandro Cardoso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Febre Amarela's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexsandro Cardoso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Álvaro Souto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 76 minutes into the match, Lenílson Peres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Álvaro Souto. If Célio da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lenílson Peres scored 0-14 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Álvaro Souto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 95 minutes of play, Febre Amarela's Lenílson Peres made it 0-15 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Álvaro Souto was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Asilo do Teco fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Febre Amarela were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
