The throw-in from Shi Ying Jian in the 13th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Desportivo Coala's Breno Donato. When Rüknettin Şahin came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Desportivo Coala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rüknettin Şahin couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Desportivo Coala's goal looked a bit too open when Haisenberg Dolar came free, but Ahti Isu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th match minute, Clube Audax Metropolitano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudinho Quadros to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Haisenberg Dolar in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahti Isu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 20th minute, Rüknettin Şahin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santo Lano was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ahti Isu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haisenberg Dolar in the 22nd minute of play. Rüknettin Şahin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Santo Lano when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 29 minutes of play, Clube Audax Metropolitano's Bjørn Ironside made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahti Isu was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the Desportivo Coala defense, Bjørn Ironside kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ahti Isu. The Desportivo Coala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ahti Isu should have stopped the shot. The Clube Audax Metropolitano fans' excitement grew in the 35th match minute when Clube Audax Metropolitano's Haisenberg Dolar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rüknettin Şahin got free with Santo Lano in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Shi Ying Jian's late challenge caught a Desportivo Coala's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Shi Ying Jian helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Clube Audax Metropolitano getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Shi Ying Jian hit a great ball. The Desportivo Coala players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Clube Audax Metropolitano were winning 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bjørn Ironside made a kick off. In the 54th minute Rüknettin Şahin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahti Isu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haisenberg Dolar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clube Audax Metropolitano's Eriberto Netto was substituted for Haisenberg Dolar. In the 68th minute Clube Audax Metropolitano were awarded a corner. Shi Ying Jian went to the cornerflag to take it. In a very dangerous position, a player in Desportivo Coala fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 68th minute. Penalty! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rüknettin Şahin in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santo Lano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 78 minutes into the match, Clube Audax Metropolitano's goal looked a bit too open when Rüknettin Şahin came free, but Santo Lano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clube Audax Metropolitano's Santo Lano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rüknettin Şahin in the 80th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Alfredinho Rosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramachandramurthy Van Dijk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudinho Quadros kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. A collision led to Clube Audax Metropolitano getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Shi Ying Jian hit a great ball. Clube Audax Metropolitano's Santo Lano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rüknettin Şahin in the 94th minute of play. The Clube Audax Metropolitano supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Clube Audax Metropolitano would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
