Wambasther Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geovani Barreto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wambasther Taffarel having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Moreto F.C. - Capivari's Geovani Barreto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Wambasther Taffarel. That made the score 0-2 after 97 minutes of play. Moreto F.C. - Capivari played a much better game than Phoenix FC and deserved their victory. The Phoenix FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
