Elói Borges sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Catalino Canto made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Fellipe Cosme sent off a good shot on target. If Elói Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, GynBsb's Andrézinho Goiano seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Andrézinho Goiano the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of GynBsb protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Andrézinho Goiano had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 30th minute, one of GynBsb:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for GynBsb. The referee gave Feminista MZC a penalty, 32 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Teodor Spineanu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of GynBsb's Frederico Bertassi. 0-1. Elói Borges might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frederico Bertassi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elói Borges ran back to his position shaking his head. Frederico Bertassi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elói Borges's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. The supporters of Feminista MZC booed when GynBsb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filipe Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodor Spineanu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fellipe Cosme was the one to do the kick off. After 53 played minutes Feminista MZC got a freekick which was hit by Elivélton Carvalho. If Elói Borges had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 61 minutes, Afonso Meireles mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Feminista MZC and the GynBsb players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of GynBsb booed when Feminista MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Afonso Meireles didn't get a good kick on the ball. Catalino Canto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marco Valle in the 65th minute of play. After 66 minutes Feminista MZC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dalmo Motta who took care of the corner kick. Elói Borges in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Frederico Bertassi, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 78 minutes, Kauan Pena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GynBsb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kauan Pena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Feminista MZC's Catalino Canto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmo Motta in the 79th minute of play. GynBsb's Kauan Pena has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 81st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fellipe Cosme in the 84th minute of play forced Feminista MZC's goalkeeper Catalino Canto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Fellipe Cosme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Catalino Canto was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. The GynBsb fans' excitement grew in the 87th match minute when GynBsb's Fellipe Cosme looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
