Ypiranga FC's Petre Porumboiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Ypiranga FC from getting a goal against them. In the 16th minute Germano Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petre Porumboiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ypiranga FC's Petre Porumboiu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Ypiranga FC from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Romeu Guedes got free with Samuel Santos in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ypiranga FC were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after C.D PAVILHAO 9 F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rodriguinho Dracena took the corner.
