Matías Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ander Bye having to interfere. 17 minutes into the game, William Angelsø cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Ander Bye was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manuel Alves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wanderson Trevisan in the 24th minute. In the 26th minute, Luís Fernando Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by William Angelsø in the 29th minute of play forced Anderbye FC's goalkeeper Ander Bye to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the game, Izaltina FAD's Matías Mendes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ander Bye made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ander Bye made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Well-Well Waack in the 39th minute of play. Well-Well Waack scored 0-3 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ander Bye, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Well-Well Waack received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ander Bye tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Wanderson Trevisan made the kick off in the second half. Ander Bye came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Izaltina FAD's William Angelsø. But to his dismay, William Angelsø quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Benito Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 57th minute William Angelsø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ander Bye saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Anderbye FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benito Lain was slow to take the kick. During this time Izaltina FAD's players had a chance to rest. Izaltina FAD's Matías Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anderbye FC's Wanderson Trevisan got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ander Bye was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Matías Mendes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 66 minute of play. Matías Mendes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ander Bye read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. After 72 played minutes Izaltina FAD got a freekick which was hit by André de Senna. After recieving a nice pass, Anderbye FC's Afonso Alves tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Vicente Capixaba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Benito Lain during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ander Bye made an important save on a dangerous shot by Well-Well Waack in the 86th minute. In the 92nd minute, Matías Mendes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Izaltina FAD fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. Izaltina FAD played a much better game than Anderbye FC and deserved their victory. The Anderbye FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
