Cauan Carvalho was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Emmanuel Dandy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lasse Delvig in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, ALMA GUERREIRA's Lenni Prehn got a free kick in the 30th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when 忠 许褚 got free with Cauan Carvalho in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, ALMA GUERREIRA's Cauan Carvalho got control of the ball when Lin Yan Yan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute of the match BLACK STAR FC got a corner. ALMA GUERREIRA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell 忠 许褚 to make the kick off. Cauan Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 忠 许褚 in the 51st minute of the match. 52 minutes had been played when some careless play by ALMA GUERREIRA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucien Ratté was slow to take the kick. During this time BLACK STAR FC's players had a chance to rest. BLACK STAR FC's 忠 许褚 was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cauan Carvalho in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 55th minute 忠 许褚 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cauan Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when ALMA GUERREIRA's Lasse Delvig fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Harry Styles kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, 忠 许褚 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cauan Carvalho. ALMA GUERREIRA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 忠 许褚 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 73rd minute Lasse Delvig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emmanuel Dandy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lasse Delvig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Emmanuel Dandy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ALMA GUERREIRA made a substitution. Giovanni Cardozo replaced Chiquinho Alagoano. In the 79th minute, Nilson Montenegro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Lasse Delvig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Nilson Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emmanuel Dandy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Lasse Delvig's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emmanuel Dandy was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. When Marcelo de Mendonça came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the BLACK STAR FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo de Mendonça couldn't finish the play. Marcelo de Mendonça scored 4-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cauan Carvalho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, BLACK STAR FC could leave the field as winners, despite ALMA GUERREIRA having more of the ball for most of the match.
