Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Ruy Montenegro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Los Andes FC - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. In the 27th minute, Kadim Koçubey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Aiolos Hagias got a free kick in the 32nd minute. ROSÁRIO SPORT's Dean Harvey took a good shot, in the 32nd minute, which hit the crossbar above Ruy Montenegro's head, and flew over the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gernando Azevedo made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rubens Esteves got free with Luiz Corrêa in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Los Andes FC - FSCMZ booed when ROSÁRIO SPORT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigvard Rosendal didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Gernando Azevedo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luiz Corrêa. That made the score 1-2 after 68 minutes of play. Luiz Corrêa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Azevedo in the 80th minute of play. When Gernando Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Los Andes FC - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gernando Azevedo couldn't finish the play. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ made a substitution. Andolín Dijk replaced Fortunato Froněk. Ruy Montenegro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Elg, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Hidayet Baran kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
