Mila Gröhe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oscar Luz in the 3rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Flávio Reis during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Sipo EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flávio Reis to maneuver through the defense. A nice corner shot did that Ove Odeen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carroll Hathaway quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. A collision led to ALTHENTIC F.C getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Ömer Eymen hit a great ball. Oscar Luz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 13th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Mila Gröhe. ALTHENTIC F.C's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Carroll Hathaway made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Claudinei Xavier sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Carroll Hathaway successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Carlos Alberto Passos charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Alberto Passos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ALTHENTIC F.C booed when Sipo EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alberto Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carroll Hathaway made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Claudinei Xavier sent off a good shot on target. Carroll Hathaway made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Tor-Henrik Vika sent off a good shot on target. Claudinei Xavier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Carroll Hathaway made a huge save. With a little luck, Sipo EC's Carroll Hathaway got control of the ball when Claudinei Xavier tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, ALTHENTIC F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Oséias Gerber came free, but Mila Gröhe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led to ALTHENTIC F.C's Douglas Tande getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ove Odeen kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carroll Hathaway. That made the score 1-0 in the 37 minute of play. A collision led to ALTHENTIC F.C getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Claudinei Xavier hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Claudinei Xavier made a precise shot to the right of Carroll Hathaway. Sipo EC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 44 minutes into the game, Claudinei Xavier recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carroll Hathaway. Claudinei Xavier showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. In the 48th minute Rio Arrascaeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rio Arrascaeta to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudinei Xavier in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carroll Hathaway saved Sipo EC from getting behind. After 52 minutes, Claudinei Xavier made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Sipo EC's Carroll Hathaway tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinei Xavier in the 55th minute of play forced Sipo EC's goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Oscar Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sipo EC's Carroll Hathaway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Xavier in the 57th minute of play. Carroll Hathaway showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinei Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Carroll Hathaway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinei Xavier in the 62nd minute of play. Claudinei Xavier took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carroll Hathaway. Carroll Hathaway dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Carroll Hathaway took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rio Arrascaeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Armando Prado fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sipo EC's protests and gave Armando Prado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 67th match minute, Sipo EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Prado to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute of the match Ove Odeen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carroll Hathaway skillfully saved the ball. Carroll Hathaway showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rio Arrascaeta in the 72nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rio Arrascaeta in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carroll Hathaway prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rio Arrascaeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Ove Odeen came free, but Carroll Hathaway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute Rio Arrascaeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 81 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Rio Arrascaeta sped through Sipo EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carroll Hathaway. After some careless play in the Sipo EC defense, Claudinei Xavier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carroll Hathaway. The Sipo EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carroll Hathaway should have stopped the shot. In the 88th minute Ove Odeen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ove Odeen took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carroll Hathaway. Carroll Hathaway dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. ALTHENTIC F.C's Ömer Eymen pulled a muscle in his leg after 93 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 93 minutes, Jerônimo Fontes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sipo EC and the ALTHENTIC F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jerônimo Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rio Arrascaeta in the 95th minute of play forced Sipo EC's goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ALTHENTIC F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
