Spectators: 8538 (Terracing: 6405, Seating: 1963, VIP seats: 170) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ştefan Magheran started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Igon in the 5th minute of play forced S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goalkeeper Vassilis Nentakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Ştefan Magheran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zézinho Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vassilis Nentakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Igon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bruce Lee F.C.'s Zézinho Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ştefan Magheran in the 15th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Inácio Ponta could shoot a difficult shot in the 19th minute, which Zézinho Freitas however easily saved by the left post. Ştefan Magheran recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vassilis Nentakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sulev Antsov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute, Ştefan Magheran ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zézinho Freitas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 34th match minute, S.E. Pindorama Eagles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frits van Gaal to maneuver through the defense. After 35 played minutes, Bruce Lee F.C.'s Reynaldo Pinheiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vassilis Nentakis came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bruce Lee F.C. reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Emiliano Igon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bruce Lee F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Igon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vassilis Nentakis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ştefan Magheran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Zézinho Freitas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emiliano Igon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emiliano Igon was the one to do the kick off. Hernani Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 59 minutes into the game, Ştefan Magheran cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Zézinho Freitas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's Róbson Rossi got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute Dedê Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vassilis Nentakis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sulev Antsov in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vassilis Nentakis saved S.E. Pindorama Eagles from getting behind. Zézinho Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ştefan Magheran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inácio Ponta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zézinho Freitas having to interfere. Vassilis Nentakis didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bruce Lee F.C.'s Sulev Antsov shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Reynaldo Pinheiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vassilis Nentakis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Jarbas Nascimento was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.E. Pindorama Eagles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bruce Lee F.C. the free kick. A collision led to S.E. Pindorama Eagles getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Jarbas Nascimento hit a great ball. 84 minutes into the match, S.E. Pindorama Eagles's goal looked a bit too open when Sulev Antsov came free, but Vassilis Nentakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute of the match, Tomás Faria got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vassilis Nentakis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Vassilis Nentakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedê Neiva in the 93rd minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The S.E. Pindorama Eagles fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bruce Lee F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
