When Fathoni Baso got free in front of the goal in the 11th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. João Paulo Silva was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The supporters of ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ booed when Família Ressaca MZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Haritz Trespuentes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Fathoni Baso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of João Paulo Silva. Família Ressaca MZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fathoni Baso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haritz Trespuentes got free with Nicolas Britto in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, Fathoni Baso made a precise shot to the right of João Paulo Silva. Família Ressaca MZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fathoni Baso in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Paulo Silva prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute, Hartmut Propst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luiz Eduardo Valadares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. João Paulo Silva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hartmut Propst in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Paulo Silva saved Família Ressaca MZ from getting behind. Han Xi Guang recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Família Ressaca MZ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Han Xi Guang stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ defense, Haritz Trespuentes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Britto. The ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Britto should have stopped the shot. In the 53rd match minute, Família Ressaca MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feng Yang to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's goalkeeper Nicolas Britto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 62nd minute Fathoni Baso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Paulo Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Paulo Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elivélton Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute.
