Spectators: 8405 (Terracing: 6304, Seating: 1933, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Han Xi Guang started the match with the kick off. Igor Linares was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 3 minutes into the match. In the 4th minute, Igor Linares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Sipo EC's Filip Bykowski got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute Han Xi Guang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Han Xi Guang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carroll Hathaway. Sipo EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Han Xi Guang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 15th minute Han Xi Guang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 played minutes Sipo EC got a freekick which was hit by Filip Bykowski. Carroll Hathaway came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Família Ressaca MZ's Han Xi Guang. But to his dismay, Han Xi Guang quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Matthew Pfeffer kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Flávio Reis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carroll Hathaway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Han Xi Guang in the 27th minute of play. Carroll Hathaway took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Han Xi Guang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Haritz Trespuentes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Carroll Hathaway tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 minutes of play, Família Ressaca MZ's Han Xi Guang made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carroll Hathaway was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Han Xi Guang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Família Ressaca MZ's Han Xi Guang in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sipo EC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 37thth minute of the game Han Xi Guang who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sipo EC's Carroll Hathaway was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 39 minutes Sipo EC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wojciech Rutecki who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Família Ressaca MZ's Roland Radics to fire away a dangerous shot which Carroll Hathaway despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Han Xi Guang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Família Ressaca MZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Han Xi Guang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carroll Hathaway breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 42nd minute, Han Xi Guang left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Família Ressaca MZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Carroll Hathaway took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Han Xi Guang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Han Xi Guang's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carroll Hathaway was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Paulo Prata made a kick off. If Han Xi Guang had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th minute, Roland Radics hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sérgio Madureira in the 58th minute of play forced Família Ressaca MZ's goalkeeper João Paulo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Han Xi Guang notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Sipo EC's Carroll Hathaway. Carroll Hathaway was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carroll Hathaway took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Han Xi Guang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 67 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Han Xi Guang came free, but Carroll Hathaway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute, Han Xi Guang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carroll Hathaway was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. The Família Ressaca MZ fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when Família Ressaca MZ's Han Xi Guang looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Han Xi Guang blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carroll Hathaway having to make a save. Sipo EC's Carroll Hathaway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Han Xi Guang in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Rodolfo Porto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geovanni Baptista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carroll Hathaway having to interfere. Carroll Hathaway made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Haritz Trespuentes sent off a good shot on target. Haritz Trespuentes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Carroll Hathaway made a huge save. Sipo EC's Carroll Hathaway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feng Yang in the 93rd minute of play. Filip Bykowski hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the match was over Família Ressaca MZ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sipo EC throughout the match.
