Cláudio Bittencourt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio Silveira in the 28th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Richard Hefter in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Apolo Herensuge saved PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ from getting behind. Red Bull Magnus's Luisão Negri was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Apolo Herensuge in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Apolo Herensuge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Richard Hefter, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Caio Silveira made a kick off.
