In the 8th minute, Caio Silveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zézinho Freitas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Igon in the 15th minute of play forced PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's goalkeeper Apolo Herensuge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caio Silveira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zézinho Freitas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Pavel Bobrov charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pavel Bobrov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caio Silveira in the 26th minute of play forced Bruce Lee F.C.'s goalkeeper Zézinho Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Apolo Herensuge got control of the ball when Dedê Neiva tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zézinho Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caio Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Herensuge made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Dedê Neiva sent off a good shot on target. Dedê Neiva received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Apolo Herensuge came out and tried to block the shot, but Dedê Neiva slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 32nd minute. In the 37th minute, Caio Silveira made a precise shot to the right of Zézinho Freitas. Bruce Lee F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. If Tomás Faria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zézinho Freitas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Caio Silveira went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Emiliano Igon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Apolo Herensuge having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Caio Silveira made a kick off. Caio Silveira might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zézinho Freitas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Caio Silveira ran back to his position shaking his head. Apolo Herensuge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedê Neiva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caio Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Zézinho Freitas made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Caio Silveira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zézinho Freitas. That made the score 2-4 after 70 minutes of play. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Kléberson Guedes was substituted for Pavel Bobrov. Zézinho Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matías Azevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ's Apolo Herensuge played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernani Faria in the 76th minute of play. Zézinho Freitas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matías Azevedo went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. Apolo Herensuge took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sulev Antsov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Herensuge stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Igon's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute Emiliano Igon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Herensuge saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matías Azevedo got free with Zézinho Freitas in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 93 minutes into the game, Mustafa Hamit Abanoz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bruce Lee F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PALMEIRAS CE - DMZ the free kick. With a little luck, Bruce Lee F.C.'s Zézinho Freitas got control of the ball when Matías Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line.
