Válbson Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Igor Milko's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. The throw-in from Luiz Paulo Dracena in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by SRP-Laguna's M. Agus 董卓. In the 37th minute, Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Heintje Koehler seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Heintje Koehler the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Heintje Koehler had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 36th minute. Penalty!
