Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Portezuelo's Fulgencio Guillelmus started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Danilo Gaueko made a precise shot to the right of Baldomero Gonchan. Portezuelo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gaston Hechter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Txanton in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Americo Iyan notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Portezuelo's Baldomero Gonchan. Baldomero Gonchan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Baldomero Gonchan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santo Hartz in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Puelén booed when Portezuelo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Eudoxio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute, Simon Eztebe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fulgencio Guillelmus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Gaston Hechter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 43 minutes, Fulgencio Guillelmus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Portezuelo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fulgencio Guillelmus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 46th minute, but Gaston Hechter got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Puelén hanging dry this time. Ulises Guifre hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Simon Eztebe made a kick off. Portezuelo's Javier Eudoxio got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gaston Hechter came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Portezuelo's Emiliano Pere. But to his dismay, Emiliano Pere quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Puelén's goalkeeper Gaston Hechter, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 62nd minute, Fulgencio Guillelmus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Portezuelo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The long shot by Armando Chepe in the 69th minute really tested Baldomero Gonchan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 69 minutes into the game, Javier Eudoxio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Portezuelo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puelén the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Puelén's Simon Eztebe slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Baldomero Gonchan. That made the score 2-3 after 71 minutes of play. 75 minutes into the match, Puelén's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Guillelmus came free, but Gaston Hechter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fulgencio Guillelmus kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. The supporters of Portezuelo booed when Puelén was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Gaueko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaston Hechter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Guillelmus in the 88th minute of the match. Fulgencio Guillelmus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Hechter having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Puelén got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Gaueko. In the 94th minute, Americo Iyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
