Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelino Urdin in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Zeledon Napier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelino Urdin in the 24th minute of play. Cristobal Lauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Desiderio Filipo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Argentinos del Sur booed when Talita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Desiderio Filipo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcelino Urdin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Zeledon Napier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th match minute, Talita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prudencio Fliz to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Marcelino Urdin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeledon Napier was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. After 54 minutes, Desiderio Filipo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talita FC and the Argentinos del Sur players grew even worse after the yellow card. Desiderio Filipo hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. If Marcelino Urdin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Desiderio Filipo got free with Cristobal Lauro in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 68 played minutes Fausto Ermengol rounded Argentinos del Sur's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Argentinos del Sur's goalkeeper Cristobal Lauro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Talita FC's Prudencio Fliz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cristobal Lauro. That made the score 0-4 after 75 minutes of play. Argentinos del Sur's Basilio Iratzeder was substituted for Lino Dimo. When Prudencio Fliz was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 80 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Talita FC's Prudencio Fliz got a free kick in the 81st minute.
