Calchines's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave cumbian the free kick. Clodoveo Ereinotz hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Eusebio Espiridion could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Gregorio Ubelteso made a huge save. 14 minutes into the match, Clodoveo Ereinotz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of cumbian's Victor Azeari. Victor Azeari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Clodoveo Ereinotz kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Prudencio Ostadar, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Evaristo Romo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. German Orlanda spun around in front of the goal 36 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of cumbian's goal. Evaristo Romo struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Victor Azeari didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calchines. Cristo Chano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victor Azeari having to make a save. In the 46thth minute of the game Evaristo Romo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but cumbian's Victor Azeari was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Albano Oihenarte fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored cumbian's protests and gave Albano Oihenarte a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to cumbian getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Albano Oihenarte hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evaristo Romo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. cumbian's Victor Azeari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save cumbian from getting a goal against them. Cristo Chano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Azeari having to interfere. Calchines's Evaristo Romo got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evaristo Romo in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Azeari prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Victor Azeari managed to avoid a goal in the 79thth minute, when Calchines's Evaristo Romo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Albano Oihenarte got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Albano Oihenarte kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Victor Azeari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evaristo Romo's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evaristo Romo in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Azeari saved cumbian from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Calchines left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than cumbian.
