An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Vitin in the 45th minute of play forced Defqon.1's goalkeeper Timoteo Delfino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Orlando Vitin to make the kick off. Timoteo Delfino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Orlando Vitin's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Clodoveo Bakar in the 74th minute of play forced Defqon.1's goalkeeper Timoteo Delfino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76thth minute of the game Orlando Vitin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defqon.1's Timoteo Delfino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 78 played minutes Defqon.1 got a freekick which was hit by Wawrzyniec Jankowski. After 80 played minutes, Ancaján AFC's Atilano Perrando shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Timoteo Delfino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Efrain Bernad, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Emiliano Pirmin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfonso Filipo having to make a save. Emiliano Pirmin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Defqon.1's Wawrzyniec Jankowski slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alfonso Filipo. That made the score 2-1 after 92 minutes of play. Timoteo Delfino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orlando Vitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Ancaján AFC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
