Joaquin Rufo took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nemesio Rius. Nemesio Rius dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Clodoveo Gaizko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ragnar Sillén in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, C.A. Talleres de Cba.'s goal looked a bit too open when Casper Toni came free, but Clodoveo Gaizko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Clodoveo Gaizko was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Casper Toni showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 23 minute of play. Casper Toni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 34th minute of the match, Ragnar Sillén tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Clodoveo Gaizko saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jonathan Playo was shown his second yellow card after 34 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Hugolinos⚽MDQ booed when C.A. Talleres de Cba. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Enol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clodoveo Gaizko was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Casper Toni showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 39 minute of play. After 42 played minutes Hugolinos⚽MDQ got a freekick which was hit by Robertinho Ayala. A collision led to Hugolinos⚽MDQ getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Robertinho Ayala hit a great ball. Nestor Eleazar was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 45 minutes into the match. After 47 played minutes Hugolinos⚽MDQ got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Juvenal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Clodoveo Gaizko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ragnar Sillén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ragnar Sillén in the 57th minute of play forced C.A. Talleres de Cba.'s goalkeeper Clodoveo Gaizko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, C.A. Talleres de Cba.'s goal looked a bit too open when Silvestre Ferrer came free, but Clodoveo Gaizko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute, Silvestre Ferrer made a precise shot to the right of Clodoveo Gaizko. C.A. Gerardo Bermudo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Rius having to interfere. Talleres de Cba.'s Clodoveo Gaizko. Clodoveo Gaizko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 91st minute Xie Cheng Zheng shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clodoveo Gaizko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A. The Hugolinos⚽MDQ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hugolinos⚽MDQ fully deserved thier win.
