Spectators: 7116 (Terracing: 5339, Seating: 1636, VIP seats: 141) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rodrigo Oroitz got the match started through his kick off. After a defensive mix-up in TUMBARRANCHOS F.C.'s zone, Oscar Haimar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeronimo Jusepe came out of the goal and Oscar Haimar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 6 minutes into the game, TUMBARRANCHOS F.C.'s Paulo Mota nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alberto Oalo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 9th minute Daniel Elia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alberto Oalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Aquilino Arotza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Erasmo Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Paulo Mota had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alberto Oalo. Euskaldunak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paulo Mota was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 21st minute, Aquilino Arotza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 25 minutes, Erasmo Millan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TUMBARRANCHOS F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Erasmo Millan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Euskaldunak's Arsenio Maxin got a free kick in the 28th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Rodrigo Oroitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Euskaldunak's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Oroitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jeronimo Jusepe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulo Mota recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Mota made a kick off. Flavio Hibai's late challenge caught a Euskaldunak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Flavio Hibai helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to TUMBARRANCHOS F.C. getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Flavio Hibai hit a great ball. 57 minutes into the match, Erasmo Millan notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Euskaldunak's Alberto Oalo. Alberto Oalo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Paulo Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Mota in the 69th minute of play forced Euskaldunak's goalkeeper Alberto Oalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 72nd minute, when TUMBARRANCHOS F.C.'s Paulo Mota after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Alberto Oalo in Euskaldunak's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. In the 74th minute Oscar Haimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Jusepe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of TUMBARRANCHOS F.C. booed when Euskaldunak was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Amato didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Oalo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Paulo Mota. Ubaldo Goren was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 80 minutes into the match. Paulo Mota fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alberto Oalo having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Marcial Amato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Erasmo Millan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded TUMBARRANCHOS F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Euskaldunak.
