In the 13th minute Cristian Otsoko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pinto AFC! In the 15th minute there was a penalty for MARACA TEAM. MARACA TEAM's Braulio Urki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Ilixo in the 27th minute of play. In the 29th minute, Teodosio Montez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Pinto AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Gattuso came free, but Marcial Obeko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcial Obeko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Ponc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Ponc in the 35th minute of play forced Pinto AFC's goalkeeper Marcial Obeko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 minutes, Lutger Mark mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pinto AFC and the MARACA TEAM players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Ovidio Abarca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcial Obeko was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Abarca in the 54th minute of play forced Pinto AFC's goalkeeper Marcial Obeko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Genaro Gattuso managed to get in a good position for a shot. MARACA TEAM's supporters rose to their feet, but Genaro Gattuso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregorio Ponc in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marcial Obeko saved Pinto AFC from getting behind. Ovidio Abarca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Obeko having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Everardo Odilon fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 70th minute Gregorio Ponc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Obeko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Gregorio Ponc fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MARACA TEAM's protests and gave Gregorio Ponc a yellow card for diving instead. Gregorio Ponc hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Esteve Ilixo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Everardo Odilon was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Pinto AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Marcial Obeko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pancho Solis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
