Jacinto Freitas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Frances, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. After 29 minutes, Asaf Özaydın mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cabituyo and the Juventus players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cabituyo's Asaf Özaydın got a free kick in the 30th minute. Juventus's Teofilo Urti took a good shot, in the 30th minute, which hit the crossbar above Jacinto Freitas's head, and flew over the goal. Cabituyo's manager was very thankful on the sidelines as his team had managed to keep the ball out of the net after some serious pressure by Juventus. In the 38th minute, Juventus's Ladislao Frances ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacinto Freitas. Jacinto Freitas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Ramiro Guillem hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Cabituyo's Jacinto Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilo Urti in the 44th minute of play. Genaro Piarres could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Jacinto Freitas made a huge save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ladislao Frances to strike the kick off in the second half. Fausto Mendez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Freitas having to interfere. Juventus's Ciro Taurino suffered a sore thigh after 54 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Melquiades Acevedo charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Melquiades Acevedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Juventus made a substitution. Raimundo Guzman replaced Ciro Taurino. Juventus's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Melquiades Acevedo 70 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. In the 80th minute, Hipolito Astudillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cabituyo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. In the 90th match minute, Cabituyo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Mosen to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ladislao Frances in the 93rd minute of the match. In the 96th match minute, Juventus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Guzman to maneuver through the defense. Mauricio Umea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Pelayo in the 98th minute of the match. Juventus were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
