In the 16th minute of the match, Anselmo Neron got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carmelo Jaunzuria was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 17th minute, Nicasio Donostia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvaro Santxol was the one to do the kick off. Carmelo Jaunzuria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Santxol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Osoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Natalio Beltran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicasio Donostia hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Nestor Gaztea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sportivo Bialet Massé's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Gaztea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Natalio Beltran breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sportivo Bialet Massé's Carmelo Jaunzuria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Neron in the 90th minute of play. Anselmo Neron scored 2-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carmelo Jaunzuria, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. LOS MATADORES F.C. had won after a very even match.
