Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Conrado Egoitz took the kick off in the first half of the match. Maruchas's Angelo Arpaia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Pero in the 6th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Apolo Gomesano put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Angelo Arpaia. After 17 minutes, Moises Ibañez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maruchas and the Cieneguita FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Moises Ibañez hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Angelo Arpaia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Apolo Gomesano in the 18th minute. After having played for 23 minutes, Cosme Chayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Maruchas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cosme Chayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cosme Chayo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Pelagius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Victor Pitta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maruchas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cieneguita FC the free kick. In the 28th minute, Victor Pitta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 30 played minutes Maruchas got a freekick which was hit by Moises Ibañez. A hard shot 33 in the game by Apolo Gomesano from a close distance when the talented Angelo Arpaia managed to make a qualified save. Maruchas's players were relieved. Angelo Arpaia stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gervasio Pero's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. A collision led to Maruchas getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Moises Ibañez hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Conrado Egoitz put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sergio Pelagius. Sergio Pelagius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Egoitz in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Apolo Gomesano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 61 minutes into the game, Cieneguita FC's Apolo Gomesano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelo Arpaia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apolo Gomesano in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angelo Arpaia saved Maruchas from getting behind. Angelo Arpaia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Apolo Gomesano went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Cieneguita FC's Gervasio Pero got a free kick in the 71st minute. After 76 played minutes Cieneguita FC got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Llorienzo. 80 minutes into the match, Maruchas's Conrado Egoitz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Sergio Pelagius was a little too slow when Moises Ibañez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 3-2. Sergio Pelagius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Egoitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardino Maiorga during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Cieneguita FC's goalkeeper Sergio Pelagius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Egoitz in the 92nd minute of play forced Cieneguita FC's goalkeeper Sergio Pelagius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sergio Pelagius was a little too slow when Conrado Egoitz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 3-4.
