Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Amador Baristo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Haedo FC's Victor Milian proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 5th minute of the match, managed to save Haedo FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Naunauco AFC booed when Haedo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximino Argenis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teo Isias kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After 10 minutes of play, Naunauco AFC's Artemio Polo made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Victor Milian was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Haedo FC's Victor Milian got control of the ball when Edgard Ugutz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victor Milian made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Edgard Ugutz sent off a good shot on target. Venancio Mercurio's late challenge caught a Naunauco AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Venancio Mercurio helped the player get up and apologised. After 18 played minutes Haedo FC got a freekick which was hit by Venancio Mercurio. Nemesio Merexildo made in the 20th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ambrosio Policarpio however managed to control. When Agustin Quexal fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Naunauco AFC's protests and gave Agustin Quexal a yellow card for diving instead. Amador Baristo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 28 minutes, Teodosio Matxin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Naunauco AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodosio Matxin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Haedo FC booed when Naunauco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Ugutz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 played minutes Naunauco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Polo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgard Ugutz got free with Victor Milian in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Artemio Polo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victor Milian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Ugutz, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Victor Milian made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artemio Polo in the 44th minute. If Agustin Quexal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgard Ugutz to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Polo in the 52nd minute of play forced Haedo FC's goalkeeper Victor Milian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Haedo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Ugutz came free, but Victor Milian reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Agustin Quexal put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Victor Milian. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Teo Isias managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haedo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teo Isias was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Froila breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sergio Ostots fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Froila having to interfere. Amador Baristo struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Armando Froila didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Haedo FC. When Amador Baristo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Haedo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amador Baristo couldn't finish the play. Agustin Quexal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Milian having to interfere. Agustin Quexal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute Agustin Quexal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Milian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gerardo Orlo's late challenge caught a Haedo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerardo Orlo helped the player get up and apologised. Naunauco AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
