After a rather tough play, Endland Football Club's Pedro Neto got a free kick in the 10th minute. Esteve Gilesindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melquiades Bazkoare in the 13th minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Melquiades Bazkoare notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ballester's Esteve Gilesindo. Esteve Gilesindo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Francisco Efren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Endland Football Club defense, Agustin Argenis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Modesto Oskarbi. The Endland Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Modesto Oskarbi should have stopped the shot. Endland Football Club's Modesto Oskarbi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Endland Football Club from getting a goal against them. Esteve Gilesindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Efren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 played minutes Endland Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Donio. If Agustin Argenis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Ballester's Zeledon Espiridion was substituted for Arnaldo Cai. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Agustin Argenis was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 56 minutes, Francisco Efren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Endland Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Efren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Agustin Argenis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Oskarbi having to interfere. Modesto Oskarbi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jose Fernendo in the 63rd minute of play. 72 minutes into the match, Mario Havier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Modesto Oskarbi. Endland Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mario Havier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. Ballester made a substitution. Angelo Steven replaced Mario Havier. A collision led to Endland Football Club getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Melquiades Bazkoare hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Ulises Txatxu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esteve Gilesindo. Ballester's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulises Txatxu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 86th match minute, Ballester was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Millan to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Francisco Efren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Endland Football Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Efren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteve Gilesindo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Efren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Esteve Gilesindo having to make a save. Agustin Argenis scored 5-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Modesto Oskarbi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 97th minute, Agustin Argenis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ballester fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-2. Ballester's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
