Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Aquiles Rico kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Volcán's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Rico came free, but Siro Chap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Godofredo Hermelando kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Siro Chap showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Rico, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aquiles Rico in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Siro Chap saved Volcán from getting behind. Mateo Lucian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Siro Chap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Machado Lasurtigui in the 24th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejo Guillelme got free with Berkay Secavend in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Volcán's Alejo Guillelme was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 27th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 31st minute, but Berkay Secavend got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Universidad de la Cocoya hanging dry this time. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Rico in the 32nd minute of play forced Volcán's goalkeeper Siro Chap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Universidad de la Cocoya's Berkay Secavend got control of the ball when Alejo Guillelme tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mateo Lucian's late challenge caught a Volcán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateo Lucian helped the player get up and apologised. In the 45th minute, Mateo Lucian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego Azibar struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Berkay Secavend didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Volcán. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Diego Azibar made a kick off. Siro Chap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Rico in the 52nd minute of play. Berkay Secavend showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Servando, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Mateo Lucian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Siro Chap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Berkay Secavend took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diego Azibar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Universidad de la Cocoya's Edgard Joey quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ovidio Canor, made in the 68th minute of the game. Siro Chap stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aquiles Rico's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. In the 72nd play minute Aquiles Rico came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Siro Chap. 1-1. If Diego Azibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute Diego Azibar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berkay Secavend saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 82 minutes into the game, when Rogelio Milio put in a rough tackle. A collision led to Volcán getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Diego Azibar hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Volcán's zone, Ruben Rencio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Siro Chap came out of the goal and Ruben Rencio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Universidad de la Cocoya's Aquiles Rico in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Volcán's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Universidad de la Cocoya getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Bernardino Goyo hit a great ball. Godofredo Hermelando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
