El Resorte FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adan Llope was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Matias Belarmo hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Marcial Inguma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Herauso in the 17th minute of play. Marcial Inguma didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Angel Lorencio went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Cordarrel in the 22nd minute of play forced El Resorte FC's goalkeeper Marcial Inguma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 played minutes El Resorte FC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Cuarto. Emilio Pabla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adan Llope in the 25th minute. Adan Llope received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Emilio Pabla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Pabla came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by El Resorte FC's Freddy Venerando. But to his dismay, Freddy Venerando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After 33 minutes, Aldo Cuarto mouthed his way into the referee's book. Aldo Cuarto hit a great ball. In the 34th minute, Emilio Cordarrel made a precise shot to the right of Marcial Inguma. El Resorte FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After some careless play in the El Resorte FC defense, Angel Lorencio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcial Inguma. The El Resorte FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcial Inguma should have stopped the shot. El Resorte FC's Aldo Cuarto has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 44th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Belarmo in the 49th minute of play forced El Resorte FC's goalkeeper Marcial Inguma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matias Belarmo to strike the kick off in the second half. Luisito Savier kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Marcial Inguma was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Emilio Cordarrel capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Emilio Cordarrel could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Marcial Inguma however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of El Resorte FC booed when Kaiken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victoriano Herauso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kaiken's Emilio Pabla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Llope in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, El Resorte FC's Gerardo Arano got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After having played for 84 minutes, Matias Belarmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
