Santiago Haritzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zlatan Zababurin in the 22nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Natalio Uhin took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Santiago Haritzeder to make any attempt to save it. Zlatan Zababurin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santiago Haritzeder read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natalio Uhin got free with Santiago Haritzeder in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Natalio Uhin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Santiago Haritzeder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Natalio Uhin to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Victoriano Bembe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Madryn FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victoriano Bembe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santiago Haritzeder breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 76th minute, Fidel Tristan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute, Victoriano Bembe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Madryn FC's Abelardo Ted proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Madryn FC from getting a goal against them. SABALERO FC's Santiago Haritzeder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Cayo in the 83rd minute of play. Santiago Haritzeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zlatan Zababurin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 played minutes SABALERO FC got a freekick which was hit by Batuğ Arısal. Bonifacio Silvino kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. A collision led to SABALERO FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Gregorio Dacio hit a great ball. Zlatan Zababurin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Haritzeder having to interfere. If Zlatan Zababurin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Madryn FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while SABALERO FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
