Hipolito Garaona charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hipolito Garaona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, one of Tijuana F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tijuana F.C.. Osvaldo Pabla shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Fede Football Club's Gustavo Videl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Fede Football Club from getting a goal against them. Gustavo Videl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alemdar Özaktuğ in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd match minute, Fede Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desmond Haskins to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Videl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Ching, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Fede Football Club's Gustavo Videl proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Fede Football Club from getting a goal against them. Tijuana F.C.'s Matías Fork played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Atarratze in the 27th minute of play. After 31 minutes, Christian Shepherd mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tijuana F.C. and the Fede Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tijuana F.C.'s Christian Shepherd got a free kick in the 31st minute. Gustavo Videl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Gartzen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st match minute, Fede Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Senio to maneuver through the defense. Gustavo Videl was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hipolito Garaona. After having played for 43 minutes, Romulo Gartzen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tijuana F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Romulo Gartzen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romeo Pirro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Gustavo Videl made a huge save.

The wind increased when Alemdar Özaktuğ made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Alemdar Özaktuğ shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Videl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romeo Pirro hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Alvaro Palos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Videl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Garaona in the 57th minute of the match. Gustavo Videl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Pirro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Fede Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Alemdar Özaktuğ came free, but Gustavo Videl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fede Football Club's Gustavo Videl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romulo Gartzen in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alemdar Özaktuğ in the 68th minute of play forced Fede Football Club's goalkeeper Gustavo Videl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Alemdar Özaktuğ left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tijuana F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Gustavo Videl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alemdar Özaktuğ in the 76th minute of the match. Conrado Gurutz made in the 79th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Martin Ciotta however managed to control. 84 minutes into the match, Romeo Pirro notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Fede Football Club's Gustavo Videl. Gustavo Videl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Tijuana F.C.'s Hipolito Garaona got a free kick in the 87th minute. Alemdar Özaktuğ recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th play minute Mario Atarratze came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Matías Fork. 3-1. When the referee ended the match the Tijuana F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
