Rosendo Lopez's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Benicio Izotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Quintun in the 9th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Laureano Quintun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Angua's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Quintun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benicio Izotz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 14 played minutes Angua got a freekick which was hit by Anier Sasoin. Benicio Izotz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Quintun in the 16th minute of play. Laureano Quintun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eustaquio Gorbea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Angua getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Nicasio Toribio hit a great ball. Conrado Gonsalve was a little too slow when Eustaquio Gorbea got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 42nd minute, Rosendo Lopez's Serafin Nesor ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Conrado Gonsalve. Conrado Gonsalve yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Conrado Gonsalve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Gutxi, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

If Anier Sasoin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Sasoin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Benicio Izotz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosendo Lopez's Eustaquio Gorbea got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcos Gutxi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Conrado Gonsalve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conrado Gonsalve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Gutxi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Rosendo Lopez's Eustaquio Gorbea in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Angua's goalie prevented a goal. If Marcos Gutxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosendo Lopez's Benicio Izotz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Rosendo Lopez from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Angua's zone, Eustaquio Gorbea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Gonsalve came out of the goal and Eustaquio Gorbea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Laureano Quintun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Benicio Izotz made a huge save. When the referee ended the match the Rosendo Lopez players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
