Anderson Bertassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Gorbea in the 8th minute of play. Froilan Txaran could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Benicio Izotz made a huge save. 19 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Gorbea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Anderson Bertassi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Marcos Gutxi scored 1-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Anderson Bertassi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eustaquio Gorbea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Anderson Bertassi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eustaquio Gorbea in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anderson Bertassi saved Decano from getting behind. A collision led to Rosendo Lopez getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Benito Bernabel hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Gutxi in the 32nd minute of play forced Decano's goalkeeper Anderson Bertassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Gorbea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Anderson Bertassi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 37 minutes, Eustaquio Gorbea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rosendo Lopez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustaquio Gorbea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Gutxi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anderson Bertassi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Benicio Izotz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonel Eleder in the 41st minute of the match. After 41 minutes, Fulgencio Steven mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rosendo Lopez and the Decano players grew even worse after the yellow card. 45 minutes into the match, Decano's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Gorbea came free, but Anderson Bertassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eustaquio Gorbea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Rosendo Lopez were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

67 minutes into the match, Decano's goalkeeper Anderson Bertassi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustaquio Gorbea. 72 minutes into the game, Rosendo Lopez's Eustaquio Gorbea nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anderson Bertassi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. 76 minutes into the game, Froilan Txaran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Decano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosendo Lopez the free kick. After a rather tough play, Decano's Froilan Txaran got a free kick in the 77th minute. Benito Bernabel hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Eustaquio Gorbea took a quick shot and it went in 1-5 without a chance for Anderson Bertassi to make any attempt to save it. Marcos Gutxi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anderson Bertassi having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rosendo Lopez's Marcos Gutxi got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 95th minute, Eustaquio Gorbea ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anderson Bertassi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Rosendo Lopez's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
