Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Breas's Wilfredo Peyo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roberto Otsoa hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Pastor Furtado hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Severino Venceslao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Theobald in the 6th minute of play. When Cleto Lehoi fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pirañas FC's protests and gave Cleto Lehoi a yellow card for diving instead. After 8 played minutes Pirañas FC got a freekick which was hit by Cleto Lehoi. Severino Venceslao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Damario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severino Venceslao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Theobald in the 17th minute of play. Lázaro Chucho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Peyo in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th minute Antonio Damario shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Venceslao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ladislao Satordi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pastor Furtado kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Pirañas FC's Antonio Damario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Severino Venceslao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Severino Venceslao made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Theobald in the 24th minute of play. After 29 played minutes Pirañas FC got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Theobald. Breas's Wilfredo Peyo got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Severino Venceslao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Theobald, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 38 minutes of play, Pirañas FC's Inocencio Theobald made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Severino Venceslao was left in no man's land by his defense there! Inocencio Theobald fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Venceslao having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Breas's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Damario came free, but Severino Venceslao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonio Damario in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severino Venceslao saved Breas from getting behind.

The wind increased when Antonio Damario made the kick off in the second half. When Ladislao Satordi came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Breas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ladislao Satordi couldn't finish the play. Inocencio Theobald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Severino Venceslao read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After 60 played minutes Breas got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Dabi. In the 61st minute, Antonio Damario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antonio Damario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Severino Venceslao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Damario in the 71st minute of play forced Breas's goalkeeper Severino Venceslao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Breas's Severino Venceslao got control of the ball when Inocencio Theobald tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antonio Damario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Breas's Roberto Otsoa got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Severino Venceslao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Damario's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Severino Venceslao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Inocencio Theobald in the 95th minute. The Pirañas FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pirañas FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
