An unexpectedly hard shot by Lorenzo Perfecto in the 3rd minute of play forced Havant & Waterlooville's goalkeeper Lázaro Dunixi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Leonel Tancredo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Havant & Waterlooville's Lázaro Dunixi. Lázaro Dunixi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alonzo Jurdan's late challenge caught a Trigales's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alonzo Jurdan helped the player get up and apologised. Alonzo Jurdan kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Guaberto Lauren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Lázaro Dunixi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Janpier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Freddy Fernandez went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Alonzo Jurdan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. From close distance Freddy Fernandez pressed in the 2-1 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 28 minutes into the game. Lorenzo Perfecto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Dunixi having to interfere. Alonzo Jurdan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marco Janpier made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Freddy Fernandez sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Freddy Fernandez made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Havant & Waterlooville's Alonzo Jurdan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Janpier narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 53 minutes into the game, Patricio Sendoa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Havant & Waterlooville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trigales the free kick. After 53 played minutes Havant & Waterlooville got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Sendoa. Lorenzo Perfecto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Dunixi having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Havant & Waterlooville's goalkeeper Lázaro Dunixi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Lauren. Lázaro Dunixi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Perfecto in the 58th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Trigales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florentino Daunte to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Trigales defense, Freddy Fernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Janpier. The Trigales fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Janpier should have stopped the shot. After having played for 73 minutes, Freddy Fernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Havant & Waterlooville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Freddy Fernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 84 played minutes Havant & Waterlooville got a freekick which was hit by Vladimiro Montay. Bernardo Banegas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Freddy Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Marco Janpier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Havant & Waterlooville had played much better football throughout.
