Spectators: 6629 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1629, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Higinio Urre took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Mariano Laurentzi fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dolores's protests and gave Mariano Laurentzi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd minute, Mariano Laurentzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dolores's Aurelio Raebert got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aurelio Raebert got free with Horacio Luken in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Higinio Urre's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Horacio Luken read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Higinio Urre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Luken having to interfere. Dolores's Aurelio Raebert got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 20 minutes, Higinio Urre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dolores and the Junín players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 20th match minute, Dolores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Higinio Urre to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Albano Jerrold in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Camilo Abeijon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind Junín's goalkeeper Horacio Luken, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristian Mergildo's late challenge caught a Dolores's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristian Mergildo helped the player get up and apologised. After 30 played minutes Junín got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Mergildo. With his leg Horacio Luken managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Dolores's Aurelio Raebert fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Aquiles Martxelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Abeijon having to interfere. Horacio Luken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Urre, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. 46 minutes into the match, Junín's goal looked a bit too open when Higinio Urre came free, but Horacio Luken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Higinio Urre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Luken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Aquiles Martxelin made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Albano Jerrold cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Camilo Abeijon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aurelio Raebert in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Horacio Luken saved Junín from getting behind. Aurelio Raebert might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horacio Luken. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aurelio Raebert ran back to his position shaking his head. Dolores's Aurelio Raebert got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute Higinio Urre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Luken saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute, Higinio Urre made a precise shot to the right of Horacio Luken. Junín's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Martxelin in the 79th minute of play forced Dolores's goalkeeper Camilo Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Higinio Urre came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Dolores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Higinio Urre couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelio Raebert in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Luken prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Junín's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
