The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute Amato Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Venceslao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Cuartio hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. VIVANI FC's Eleuterio Venceslao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save VIVANI FC from getting a goal against them. 18 minutes into the match, Cosme Pinto notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of El Pelotero F.C's Amadeo Lamberto. Amadeo Lamberto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to El Pelotero F.C getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Prudencio Donzel hit a great ball. Cosme Pinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amadeo Lamberto having to interfere. Amato Marin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Eleuterio Venceslao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 minutes, Alfredo Fernandes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Pelotero F.C and the VIVANI FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Cosme Pinto managed to get in a good position for a shot. VIVANI FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Pinto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amadeo Lamberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in VIVANI FC's zone, Alfredo Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eleuterio Venceslao came out of the goal and Alfredo Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amadeo Lamberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Olo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Fernandes struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Eleuterio Venceslao didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Pelotero F.C. In the 48th minute, Donato Cuartio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cosme Pinto to make the kick off. El Pelotero F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Cosme Pinto scored to the left of an out of position Amadeo Lamberto, making the score, 0-3. After having played for 69 minutes, Amato Marin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Pelotero F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amato Marin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cosme Pinto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Amadeo Lamberto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Amadeo Lamberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Pinto in the 87th minute of the match. El Pelotero F.C's Amadeo Lamberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosme Pinto in the 91st minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Amato Marin notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of VIVANI FC's Eleuterio Venceslao. Eleuterio Venceslao was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The El Pelotero F.C fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. VIVANI FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
