Teofilo Cambranes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicasio Weterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Tobias Nastasio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gaspar Odon during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to C.A.I.U.C getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Gaspar Odon hit a great ball. In the 36th minute Tobias Nastasio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teofilo Cambranes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 38 minutes, Gaspar Odon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.I.U.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gaspar Odon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Odon in the 47th minute of play forced Macabi Mza's goalkeeper Cássio Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicasio Weterio to make the kick off. Teofilo Cambranes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicasio Weterio in the 53rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tobias Nastasio got free with Teofilo Cambranes in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Odon in the 94th minute of play forced Macabi Mza's goalkeeper Cássio Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The C.A.I.U.C supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Macabi Mza's performance. The match ended with a win for Macabi Mza.
