Aristides Isaio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jeremias Derwin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. With a little luck, Corta Con Foul's Aristides Isaio got control of the ball when Santos Gotzon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Santos Gotzon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Aristides Isaio made a huge save. After 14 played minutes Corta Con Foul got a freekick which was hit by Herminio Maore. With a little luck, Corta Con Foul's Aristides Isaio got control of the ball when Santos Gotzon tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Derwin in the 23rd minute of play forced Corta Con Foul's goalkeeper Aristides Isaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Jeremias Derwin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chaján FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremias Derwin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 39 minutes of play, Corta Con Foul's Damian Silvino made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edgardo Rameriz was left in no man's land by his defense there! 43 minutes into the match, Corta Con Foul's goalkeeper Aristides Isaio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santos Gotzon. In the 45th minute, Melchor Lohitzun made a precise shot to the right of Edgardo Rameriz. Chaján FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2.

Jeremias Derwin took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aristides Isaio. Corta Con Foul's Aristides Isaio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeremias Derwin in the 59th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Chaján FC's Hipolito Curcio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aristides Isaio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The supporters of Corta Con Foul booed when Chaján FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Salbatore didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Gotzon in the 92nd minute of play forced Corta Con Foul's goalkeeper Aristides Isaio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Chaján FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Corta Con Foul had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
