Erubiel Vidal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ubaldo Tonete went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute, Victorio Lauren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Gory F.C's zone, Fernan Palben stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Reynardo came out of the goal and Fernan Palben tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victorio Lauren kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Fernan Palben ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvestre Reynardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Ubaldo Tonete fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Vidal having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Fernan Palben made the kick off in the second half. Victorio Lauren hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute Vladimiro Bernal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvestre Reynardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislao Raymond charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 61 minutes of play, Urizar's Vladimiro Bernal made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvestre Reynardo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ubaldo Tonete could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Erubiel Vidal made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Vladimiro Bernal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urizar's supporters rose to their feet, but Vladimiro Bernal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Reynardo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 69 minutes into the game, Gory F.C's Ubaldo Tonete nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erubiel Vidal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The supporters of Urizar booed when Gory F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Mateus didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gory F.C's Silvestre Reynardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Palben in the 80th minute of play. Gonzalo Jaizki struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Erubiel Vidal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gory F.C. If Vladimiro Bernal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
