Remigio Arlo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ildefonso Elazar having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Camilo Guter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Murillo Cordeiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Modesto Txatxu's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Oliva FC's Murillo Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Txatxu in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Modesto Txatxu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Murillo Cordeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Txatxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Cienaguita AFC were the better team. Cienaguita AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
