Spectators: 7059 (Terracing: 5296, Seating: 1623, VIP seats: 140) Murillo Cordeiro came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Calafate FC's Humberto Gabon. But to his dismay, Humberto Gabon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 13th minute, Hermengildo Maiorga made a precise shot to the right of Murillo Cordeiro. Oliva FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Calafate FC's Isaias Perutxo got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Oliva FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Amador Piarres hit a great ball. If Humberto Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hermengildo Maiorga struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Murillo Cordeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calafate FC. Remigio Arlo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 37 played minutes, Calafate FC's Venancio Mendiko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Murillo Cordeiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Calafate FC reached it. Humberto Gabon took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Murillo Cordeiro. Murillo Cordeiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amador Piarres to make the kick off. Amador Piarres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 54th match minute, Oliva FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Justino Peter to maneuver through the defense. After 55 minutes of play, Calafate FC's Hermengildo Maiorga made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Murillo Cordeiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hermengildo Maiorga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Murillo Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Calafate FC's Hermengildo Maiorga got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Abel Xabel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th match minute, Oliva FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Mon to maneuver through the defense. If Humberto Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes Humberto Gabon rounded Oliva FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-7. If Humberto Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 82 minutes into the match, Calafate FC's Humberto Gabon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Murillo Cordeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Oliva FC's Murillo Cordeiro got control of the ball when Hermengildo Maiorga tried to sneak it across the goal line. 89 minutes into the game, Humberto Gabon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Murillo Cordeiro. Humberto Gabon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Gabon in the 95th minute of play forced Oliva FC's goalkeeper Murillo Cordeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calafate FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
